The Compact has great potential to create a better way for the federal government and the not-for-profit sector to work together for community good – a powerful alliance when the role of the partners is clear and their commitment strong. The Compact provides an excellent overarching framework which ‘sets the scene’ for the more detailed co-design work on codes, regulatory and service delivery reforms.
