How to Get Involved

Sign up to the National Compact

Organisations in the not-for-profit sector can show their support for building a better relationship between government and the sector by signing up to the National Compact. Sign up is free and voluntary. Increasing the number of organisations signed up as Compact Partners gives weight to the shared aspirations and principles of the Compact and can help drive the identified priorities for action.

Public consultation

Participating in public consultations is a great way to express your thoughts, concerns and suggestions. The Australian Government website lists public consultations that are taking place which may be of interest to you.

Blogs

From time to time, the National Compact may open a blog to discuss a particular topic. A blog is a less formal and more immediate way to generate discussion and allow for the sharing of ideas.

These events will be advertised on the homepage and advice will be sent to those subscribed to the National Compact mailing list or following us on Twitter.
